RE NEWS

Welcome back everyone. It is sad that once again we are having to lock the gates due to COVID. It was lovely seeing parents in our playground in the morning and afternoon and participating in school activities such as Liturgies, Masses and helping in the classrooms during Term 2. Hopefully this lock down will be for a short time. We had planned to visit AVEO this term but this has had to be postponed.

We will continue to share as much of the school activities via our school Facebook page.

Michael Dennin

On Monday the staff were fortunate enough to participate in a zoom conference run by Professor Michael Dennin. Michael has written the book Devine Science Finding Reason at the Heart of Faith. We had interesting discussions around science and faith. Michael explained that science doesn’t deny the existence of God and that faith and science can actually enhance one another when approached the right way. If you would like to explore this more, you might like to purchase Michael’s book.
