SCHOOL ATHLETICS CARNINVAL

We are geared up to move forward with our school carninval on 13 August. We hope that COVID doesn't interrupt our preparations. More details as we get closer to the date. Fingers crossed.

REGIONAL ATHLETICS REPORT

We had some wonderful results at the Regional Carnival last term. Our representatives were very competitive and showed great spirit. Well done to all the children who represented our school. In particular was the effort of our Junior Girls Relay Team -- well done in winning by a country mile.

DIOCESAN ATHLETICS

After the Regional carninval we have a number of children going forward to the Diocesan carninval. Well done to Isla (1st in shotput), Julian (1st in 800m & 1500m) Gemma (1st in 100m & 800m), Suma (1st in 100m, 200m & Relay), Cooper (2nd in shotput), Margreit (3rd in 100m and 1st in Relay), Freya (1st in relay). We look forward to hearing of the efforts later this month.

Well!! That was a surprise. The pride of QLD was  restored last night.  But a well deserved series win by NSW. Can't wait till next year.
