Principals Message

KINDER ORIENTATION

We had a great day last week as our wonderful Year 5 Buddies greeted the 2023 Kindergarten cohort. It was great to see how they nurtured and led their Buddy in different activities during the morning.

We will be hosting the 2023 cohort again on two more occasions – 8 November and 22 November. We look forward to seeing them all again soon.

YEAR 6 GRADUATION

We will be celebrating our Year 6 students with a whole school Mass and Graduation on Tuesday 13 December. Everyone is invited to share the morning with our Year 6 children and their families in the church form 9:15am. All classes will have an active role in the ceremony and celebration. More details as the day draws nearer.

TELL THEM FROM ME

Thanks to all the families that participated in the survey. Our late plea certainly prompted a more useful response. The responses are collated by an independent firm and a report will be prepared and forwarded to us in the near future. The ideas expressed will be shared with parents later this year and will help guide us as we prepare our Improvement Plan for the next 3 years.

OUT OF UNIFORM

As a preparation for our annual Christmas raffle, there will an Out of Uniform day on Friday 2 December. Each class will be allocated an item to send in to make up the hampers for the raffle. Stay tuned for more info from the P&F.

CHRISTMAS CONCERT

Please keep Friday 9 December in your diary. We are having a Christmas Concert and end of year “party”. The children will be working on some songs to put on a little concert on the night. We have invited the jolly red suited guy to come along at some stage that night too.
