KINDER ENROLMENT
The enrolment period for our Kindergarten 2025 intake is now open. If you are looking to enrol for next year, your child should be turning 5 years old by the end of May. We are conducting an information afternoon on Tuesday 26 March from 5:30pm for interested families. If you are considering enrolling your child for 2025, please contact the office for an enrolment application. If you know of families who are also considering starting their children in Kindergarten, please let them know to contact the office as well.
SAN CLEMENTE YEAR 7 ENROLMENT
Enrolment applications are being accepted by our feeder high school, San Clemente. If you are considering enrolling in San Clemente please contact them on 4014 7300.
ROUTINE CHANGES
We have made some changes to our routines to maximise learning and give the children the best opportunity to settle after breaks and get stuck into work.
The morning bell will now go at 8:45am, when the children will be involved in the morning group dance. At 8:50am the assembly will begin.
During breaks times, the children will start with play and then move to eating. It is our hope that with this change the children will have time to settle and be ready to engage in learning during the next session.
ST PATRICK’S DAY
On Monday next week 18 March, we will be celebrating St Patrick’s Day. We are inviting the children to wear something green with a gold coin donation to the Project Compassion Appeal for the privilege.
ART SHOW
The children have been very creative over the last few weeks working on their Andy Warhol inspired work. We are gearing up for our Art Show Exhibition on Wednesday 10 April. We will be holding the show from 4pm with a Sausage Sizzle supper available for the hungry souls.
We are on the lookout for some free-standing display boards to present the artwork. If you know where we can get our hands on some, please let us know.
Art Exhibition
OUT OF UNIFORM
On Friday 22 March, we are inviting the children to attend again Out of Uniform. This time an Easter Egg donation will be the “penalty” to come out of uniform. The donations we receive will be put together for the Easter Hamper Raffle.
EASTER FESTIVITIES
On Wednesday 27 March, we will celebrating our Easter festivities. We will begin with our Holy Thursday Liturgy at 1:20pm, followed by our Easter raffle and Easter Hat Parade. All are invited to attend.
Please ensure all raffle tickets are returned to school by that Wednesday morning. If you require extra tickets, please call into the office or we can send some home.
As year 1 are looking after the Raffle organisation we need some families from Year 1 to collect the eggs and make them into hampers etc. Please contact the office if you can help in some way.
